    Find the missing dot? Sorry.

    Actually, I think we're looking at the fraction pi/4 since the circle has area pi*r^2 and the square has area (2*r)^2 = 4*r^2. The circle takes up pi/4 of the total area, and pi/4*10000 = 7854 ish.
